Want to try something a little different? This is a hybrid position based in the clinic and in the schools.
What You'll Do:

Deliver speech and language services to students as directed by the supervising SLP

Carry out IEP-based therapy activities designed by the SLP (school)
-
Carry out treatment plan activities designed by the SLP in clinic
-
Document child's progress and maintain accurate records
-
Support data collection for progress monitoring
-
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to reinforce communication strategies in the classroom
-
Assist in preparing materials and scheduling sessions
-
Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines for service delivery and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or Communication Sciences and Disorders
-
Current SLPA license/certification through [state licensing board, e.g., Oregon Board of Examiners for SLP & Audiology]
-
Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
-
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
-
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
